As seen on TV get rid of toxins in your body while you sleep! Amazing new all natural ingredients in a pad that when applied to the bottom of your feet while you sleep will magically suck the toxins out of your body! Truly an amazing product, have you seen the commercial for these things? I won’t bother mentioning the actual product name because you can easily do a search and find them.
Hello people stop buying these things! It’s a bunch of hocus pocus buy this product and watch your money disappear from your wallet. That’s the only thing that these foot pads are going to suck out of you is your money! You want to know how your body removes toxins from your body? It’s a little thing you may have done a few times in your life called pee pee and poopie! Sorry I don’t mean to talk with such medical terms 
Seriously though National Public Radio just released results of an independent study of lab tests done on the claims of these foot pads. Guess what they found, nothing! No evidence of metals or other toxins that were magically sucked out of people feet. They also found that the pads simply change color just based on the absorption of moisture, ooohhh aaaahhhh it dried up your sweaty feet!
So what is the best way to detox your body? I have been seeing some new studies recently claiming that detox diets may not do all that much at all and may actually do more harm than good. One of these studies was recently published in the May issue of Harvard Women’s Health Watch.
Well what do we do if we still want to pursue a detox plan. Proceed cautiously I suppose and try them out slowly in moderation to see if you get any results. Just like everything else out there on the web. There is conflicting information for all of it and it’s up to us to decide what’s working and what is not. As far as these foot pad thingies, stop the madness and save your money for something with a little more science to back it up.
